2012
It all started with the launch of SportTicket, which laid the foundations for the future ENIGOO ticketing platform.
2019
A spin-off project called ENIGOO was created to modernize ticketing. The first version of the mobile app was created and the expansion to Slovakia took place. The platform was involved in the World Junior Hockey Championship and got a fully responsive interface.
2020
Establishment of an independent subsidiary with its own vision and structure. Working with important cultural institutions, such as the Prague Spring Festival, and expansion of activities beyond the sports sector. Also the creation of a new front-end for culture and the development of an access control system with facial recognition and body temperature measurement.
2021
A major redesign of the entire ENIGOO platform has taken place across products and segments. Multi-season system introduced, server capacity significantly increased and infrastructure strengthened. The new technology core allowed parallel management of multiple events and easier work with content.
2022
A fully integrated loyalty program, an internal credit system for purchases and rewards, and a dedicated conference module for managing accreditations and admissions to professional events have been added to the system.
2023
A new version of the mobile app with a modern UX, OneiD single sign-on system and relatoo CRM for automated communication were launched. The Austrian company ENIGOO GmbH was founded. The annual turnover of the company exceeded 1 billion CZK.
2024
The ENIGOO Academy learning platform for partners was established. There was an expansion into the Slovak market and the creation of the ENIGOO CORE system for greater data and payment security.
2025
ENIGOO allows full customization of all system modules for foreign markets. Integration of the international payment gateway is underway and a data and analysis module is being created. ENIGOO has a planned turnover of CZK 2 billion.
