How You Fit In

You’ll be joining our Development team working on different kinds of projects. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, product owners, and other developers to create smart, reliable solutions that make a real difference.

What do we expect from you?

Solid knowledge of PHP (ideally PHP 8.x) and experience with PHP frameworks
Web technologies: HTML, JavaScript, CSS (SASS), REST API
Experience with databases like MySQL or MongoDB
Ability to work with Git and version control
Ability to navigate technical documentation in English

You’ll earn bonus points if you know

Tools like PHP CodeSniffer or PHPStan for writing clean code
Frontend frameworks like React or similar technologies
Docker and basic work with containers
Postman for testing and building APIs
Styling with TailwindCSS
Writing unit tests and working in testing environments
API documentation using Swagger
Node.js ecosystem (e.g. Express.js)
Redis/KeyDB, RabbitMQ, and other message broker tools
Working with ORM tools like Doctrine or Nextras ORM
Cloud services like AWS S3
Agile development methods and how to implement them in projects
